Mint and Chocolate Muffins

Mint and Chocolate Muffins

1 pot (125g) of plain yogurt
3 pots of flour
1 pot of sugar
1/2 pot of extra virgin olive oil
1 pot of mint syrup
2 eggs
1 yeast sachet for desserts
A pinch of salt
1 “I Love Fondente” spreadable cream
Note: use the yogurt pot for measuring
  • Pour all the ingredients into a bowl and mix until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.

  • Put baking paper liners in the muffin mould and half fill them to allow room for rising.

  • Alternatively, you can use silicon moulds that are lightly buttered and floured.

  • Bake the muffins in a preheated oven at 180° for 20 minutes.

  • Once they are ready, wait for ten minutes and then cover the tops of the muffins with a layer of I Love Fondente spreadable cream and decorate with a mint leaf.
