The international exposition will be a new occasion for professional operators to discover and appreciate the extraordinary peculiarity of the products of the Caffarel Professional, dedicated to pastry and gelato, continuing our tradition to bring together training and knowledge with themed workshops and the live creations of the Master Pastry Chef Sergio Signorini.

There will also be a place especially for the live creations of the Master Pastry Chef Sergio Signorini, Manager of the Caffarel Chocolate University.
For years, the university has been the training and meeting place for pastry chefs throughout Italy. It is renowned worldwide for the excellence of its Masters and their creations.
