Soft Dark Chocolate Cake

200g dark chocolate 82% Caffarel
180g sugar
100g butter
1 vanilla sachet
3 eggs
A pinch of salt
3 level table spoons of flour
  • Melt the dark chocolate with the butter, without bringing it to the boil and let it cool a few minutes, subsequently add the sugar and the vanilla and continue mixing .

  • Separate the egg whites from the yolks in a bowl.

  • Add the yolks to the mixture one by one and then the three table spoons of flour. 

  • Beat the egg whites and add to the mixture, mixing from the top to the bottom to avoid splitting the mixture.

  • Grease the baking tray with butter and sprinkle a little flour, pour the mixture into it and bake at 180° for 20 minutes.
