Soft Dark Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:
200g dark chocolate 82% Caffarel
180g sugar
100g butter
1 vanilla sachet
3 eggs
A pinch of salt
3 level table spoons of flour
Recipe:

Melt the dark chocolate with the butter, without bringing it to the boil and let it cool a few minutes, subsequently add the sugar and the vanilla and continue mixing .

Separate the egg whites from the yolks in a bowl.

Add the yolks to the mixture one by one and then the three table spoons of flour.

Beat the egg whites and add to the mixture, mixing from the top to the bottom to avoid splitting the mixture.

Grease the baking tray with butter and sprinkle a little flour, pour the mixture into it and bake at 180° for 20 minutes.
