Pear and Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:
350g flour
180g sugar
3 eggs
125g butter
100g extra dark chocolate 75%
1 glass of milk
3 pears (about 700g)
1 sachet of yeast
a pinch of salt
Recipe:

In a bowl put 150g of sugar with the eggs, add the softened butter, the milk and the sieved flour and mix until you obtain a soft and homogeneous mixture.

Cut the pears and the chocolate and add them to the mixture.

Finally add the yeast and a pinch of salt.

Pour the mixture into a greased and floured baking tin, sprinkled with breadcrumbs. Sprinkle the surface with the remaining 30g of sugar.

Bake for 40/45 minutes at 170/180°.

Leave to cool in the oven.
