


		Besides assuring the quality of its ingredients, Caffarel is particularly concerned about the materials employed for packaging its products. Highly stringent criteria are used to determine the suitability of each material, and tests range from simple visual inspection to complex analysis by dynamometer.
						To minimise technical error, all the instruments in the Quality Control department and in the laboratory are regularly checked for proper calibration, as prescribed by the company's Quality System. In fact, the precision and professionalism of the Quality System have enabled Caffarel to be certified as complying with UNI ISO 9001/1994 standards. But not satisfied with reaching this important milestone, Caffarel stands ready to conform to the latest version of these standards - UNI ISO 9001/2000 - since the company considers customer satisfaction to be the hallmark of its success. What's more, Caffarel is particularly sensitive to environmental concerns, so it is taking concrete steps toward obtaining UNI ISO 14001 certification of its Environmental Management System.
