Pumpkin and Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:
1kg oven-cooked pumpkin pulp
2 full tablespoons of Caffarel cocoa powder
2 tablespoons of sugar
200g amaretti biscuits
2 tablespoons of marsala
2 eggs
30g butter
20g breadcrumbs
Recipe:

Cook the pumpkin in the oven and weigh 1 kg of cooked pumpkin pulp.

Finely crush amaretti biscuits and mix them together with all the ingredients until you create a homogeneous mixture.

Put it in a baking tray and cover with a few knobs of butter and a sprinkle of breadcrumbs.

Cook in a preheated oven at 180° for about an hour and serve the cake warm.
