Gianduia Pudding with Biscuits

Ingredients: 
1L milk
120g approx. Novellini biscuits
2 packets of Caffarel Gianduia Pudding (100g each)
Recipe: 
  • Pour the content of two Caffarel pudding packets into a small pan, add 200ml of milk and mix until you obtain a cream without lumps.

  • Add the remaining milk and bring it to the boil on a low heat and continue mixing for at least 2 minutes.

  • Add to the mixture approximately 50g of small broken biscuits.

  • Pour into a mould and cover the pudding with a compact layer of biscuits.

  • Let it cool for at least 2 hours in the fridge.
