Just as with people, what distinguishes a quality chocolate is refinement. We wanted to get a degree of refinement, which has only few equals in the world: the chocolate particles have a maximum size of 15 microns, for perfect palatability.

THE BEST HAZELNUTS

We are part of Consorzio Tutela Nocciola Piemonte (Association of Producers of PGI Piedmont hazelnuts). We have been selecting and processing hazelnuts for nearly 200 years. We created our own peculiar method for toasting and processing in order to achieve a soft and fragrant hazelnut paste to be mixed with chocolate.
